Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Corporate Quality Manager to join their corporate leadership team in DeKalb County, TN.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Driving quality improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability.
Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
Leading Kaizen and manager meetings on daily basis.
Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
Overseeing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
Providing direction, training and mentoring to direct reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience leading quality within a manufacturing environment.
Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of quality documentation, mechanical aptitude and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Our client offers:
Base salary in the $105k-115k range

$100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
