LOCATION:

Hybrid, 3 days in office in High Point, NC

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Provide and help align organizational strategies with executive leadership Drive employee engagement and cultivate a strong sense of belonging across the organization through targeted initiatives and programs. Lead succession planning and employee development efforts, ensuring that top talent is nurtured and prepared for future leadership roles. Oversee HR functions, including payroll, organizational design, policies, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and compensation, using systems such as Flexpay and SAP. Travel to various locations across the US and headquarters in Europe annually to support HR initiatives and foster a cohesive global company culture.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

Demonstrated HR leadership expertise with a deep understanding leading all HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, professional development, organizational design, HR operations, compensation, benefits, etc Strong background in driving organizational change and implementing HR processes in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the retail, hospitality, or similar multi-site industries is required. (Luxury is preferred) Ability to coach and support leadership, especially in navigating cultural differences and aligning with the broader organizational goals. Experience managing and developing direct reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
