in the Wilkesboro area is seeking an

experienced General Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Finance, and Fixed Operations. Recruit, develop, and mentor department managers to exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals. Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and OEM compliance. Ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Maintain a customer-first culture aligned with high industry standards. Collaborate closely with ownership to align objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements: Previous General Manager or General Sales Manager experience at high-volume franchise dealership required. Proven track record in automotive retail industry, including customer experience scores and market share performance. Must have excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability. Must be process oriented, well-disciplined and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. Must pass pre-employment screening
