Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and enhancing the customer experience.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly Location: Akron, OH
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. Provide product information, assist with order placements, and process returns and exchanges. Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they understand their options. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolution of inquiries. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
