We are now seeking a passionate and creative Learning & Development Manager to lead all training and development initiatives at Grand Hyatt Bali. The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing all training programs across departments, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and the hotel’s goals. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Human Resources to implement Hyatt’s People Philosophy and drive engagement, development, and performance throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Learning & Development activities in line with Hyatt’s global standards and corporate strategies.
Collaborate with the Leadership Committee and Department Heads to identify training needs through quality assurance tools and operational feedback.
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance associate performance and guest satisfaction.
Administer and maintain the My Learning online platform, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and compliant with corporate requirements.
Facilitate all resort training programs, including Introduction to Hyatt, mandated global learning initiatives, and local development sessions.
Mentor and coach Department Heads, Service Coaches, and associates to cultivate a culture of learning and leadership.
Promote participation in global Hyatt initiatives such as Global Wellbeing Week, World of Care, and Global Month of Service.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all learning and development efforts reflect Hyatt’s brand promise and values of empathy, respect, and excellence.
