Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance & Build technician to join a growing U.S. manufacturer that's expanding production, innovating new products, and investing in its people. The Maintenance & Build Technician plays a key role in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining highly automated production equipment. What You'll Do Perform assembly, setup, and repair of automated and mechanical manufacturing equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to build assemblies accurately. Use hand and power tools (saws, drills, grinders, etc.) to perform construction and maintenance tasks. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical systems. Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of parts. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify solutions to improve efficiency and safety. Collaborate with engineers, maintenance technicians, and production staff to resolve technical issues. Follow all company safety, quality, and documentation standards. What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical assembly, construction, HVAC, or automotive repair. Proficient using basic hand and power tools. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with automated machinery or production equipment. Familiarity with sensors, HMIs, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Ability to use inspection equipment and basic computer skills (MS Office, databases). Why You'll Love It Here
