Schedule: Training schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. After training, employees move to a flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-9:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm, with one required evening shift until 9:00pm per week. Pay: $17.20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact debtors to inform them of account delinquencies and discuss repayment or resolution options. Conduct skip-tracing to locate debtor contact and employment information. Handle incoming and outgoing collection calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and document all interactions. Follow detailed scripts, procedures, and all Federal/State laws and company policies. Gather and verify information for accounts involving wage garnishments, litigation, or other special circumstances. Maintain accurate records and coordinate with supervisors on complex or escalated accounts. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of collections experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficient in typing and using computer systems and office software. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow strict procedures and regulations. Able to work independently and maintain professionalism Bilingual is a plus
