is opening its doors and seeking an
Automotive Parts Director
to oversee all parts operations for one of the world's most elite automotive brands. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving departmental profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across our parts division.
As the Parts Director, you'll lead a skilled team in a state-of-the-art facility, managing everything from inventory strategy and vendor relationships to service coordination and performance metrics. You'll have the autonomy to shape processes and the backing of a leadership team dedicated to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities - Parts Director: Oversee all dealership parts operations including ordering, inventory management, retail, wholesale, and internal repair order support Lead the Parts Department team, setting goals for productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Monitor and manage inventory control, stock levels, and special orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency Analyze and improve gross profit, fill rates, and parts turnover to maximize departmental performance Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to maintain strong supply chain partnerships Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to ensure timely parts availability and seamless communication Train, coach, and mentor Parts Advisors and Counter Staff to uphold Porsche standards of excellence Utilize dealership management systems (DMS) for reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking Maintain compliance with OEM guidelines, warranty procedures, and safety protocols Report key metrics to executive leadership, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and cost control
Requirements - Parts Director:
5+ years of dealership parts management experience
(luxury or import brand experience preferred but not required) Proven track record in inventory management, vendor relations, and team leadership Understanding of fixed operations financials (gross, net, absorption, and margin performance) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset Proficiency in DMS/parts management systems and reporting tools A leadership style that combines professionalism with approachability Valid driver's license with a good driving record Please upload your resume.
