This strategic role is critical in driving operational excellence, with an emphasis on AI investment, organizational development, capital structure optimization, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will be the executive lead for our enterprise AI strategy and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of business objectives across all functions. Key responsibilities include: Leading enterprise AI strategy development and transformation initiatives. Aligning business priorities with ongoing transformation programs. Overseeing strategic finance and investor relations. Assessing and enabling financial automation. Modernizing financial systems and processes. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, finance strategy, or transformation, ideally within high-growth B2B or SaaS organizations. Your experience should include leading complex transformation projects, with a proven ability to excel in cross-functional leadership and communication. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
