The Talent Acquisition Manage r

will lead the full-cycle recruiting and talent retention efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also carries responsibility for supervising a team of recruiters, monitoring labor market trends, and implementing retention initiatives to strengthen organizational stability. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment, while driving measurable improvements in talent acquisition and retention outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and produce workforce forecasts. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to meet business objectives. Lead, develop, and supervise a team of recruiters and talent sourcing specialists to achieve hiring goals efficiently. Oversee employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation in the marketplace. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future hiring needs. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Contribute to employee retention and professional development strategies. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, and other recruitment events. Drive recruiting excellence through collaboration, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred; SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics. Ability to design and implement sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles. Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative. Exceptional time management and proven ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HRIS systems preferred. Salary Range

$115-125k
