Position Summary: As an HVAC Service Specialist, you will work independently to diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by communicating effectively, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly. Your aim will be to promote products and services as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform HVAC service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision. Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous and accurate manner. Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems efficiently. Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns. Conduct routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required. Manage the delivery and removal of parts and equipment for service work. Accurately record customer interaction information and process payments. Communicate with dispatch to keep them informed on your status. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels. Promote products and services to customers, generating sales leads. Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property and tools. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity. Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle and return defective parts. Perform additional duties as assigned. Exhibit reliable attendance. Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities: Report unsafe acts or conditions to your supervisor immediately. Follow safety legislation and company policies. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Participate in safety initiatives and report injuries or incidents promptly. Desired Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; technical training and 1+ years of HVAC experience. Valid state certifications/licensing as required. EPA and safety certifications. Skilled in servicing HVAC equipment and accessories. Proficient mechanical aptitude and tool operation capabilities. Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems. Capable of safely climbing ladders and maneuvering in tight spaces. Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Available for flexible working hours and on-call shifts. Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction. Proficient time-management and organizational skills. Annual Compensation Range: Minimum $46,134.40, Maximum $97,219.20
