Technical Product Manager II

Responsibilities: Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements. Partner with engineers and architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Define and manage all product stages-from ideation to post-launch. Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities. Lead user research and translate findings into product features and user stories. Create compelling product presentations for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate across design, development, and product teams to ensure successful delivery. Define KPIs, delivery timelines, and prioritize backlog items based on business impact. Maintain product documentation including specs, guides, and release notes. Measure and report on product performance. Experience and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years in product management with a focus on technical products. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DAD). Expertise in user research (A/B testing, journey mapping). Proficiency in product analytics and data tools. Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, and Generative AI.
Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $77,700 - $110,500
