Description of Position:
Our client, a leader in distribution logistics, is seeking a
Northbound Distribution Customer Service Representative
to join their team. As part of the
Northbound Operations
, you'll play a key role in supporting daily distribution activities and ensuring smooth communication between departments and customers.
Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in
English and Spanish
Responsible
and
self-motivated
Works well with others and
willing to cross-train
At least 1 year of distribution experience
Familiarity with
SAP or Warehouse Management Systems
(preferred but not required)
Basic knowledge of
billing services
(preferred but not required)
