Atlantic League of Professional Baseball , are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Director of Ticket Operations
to oversee all ticketing functions at
Regency Furniture Stadium . This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about sports business operations, fan engagement, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Position Overview
The Director of Ticket Operations leads all aspects of ticketing for the Blue Crabs organization - from box office management and ticket system administration to financial reconciliation and fan service. This position plays a critical role in shaping the fan experience while supporting the team's sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the Blue Crabs' ticketing platform, including event setup, pricing, and reporting. Oversee box office operations, game-day & event ticket sales, and customer service. Handle ticket inventory, group allocations, and sponsor holds. Build and maintain a base of clients for Season Tickets, Group Outings, and Corporate Partnerships. Support sales and marketing campaigns through ticketing insights, promotions, and dynamic pricing. Hire, train, and supervise seasonal ticket office staff. Maintain financial accuracy through reconciliations and reporting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 2+ years
of experience in ticket operations, box office, or sports/event management. Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Tickets.com, Glitnir, or Ticketmaster). Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the season. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
