Holley is in the middle of a major transformation-and we're looking for an experienced Senior Director of IT Operations to ensure the backbone of our technology runs smoothly every single day. This role owns the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the enterprise, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user support.

This is a high-impact leadership position that blends strategic oversight with operational execution. You'll lead a team of managers and engineers who keep Holley connected, productive, and future-ready. From cloud platforms to ERP systems to frontline service delivery, your job is to ensure IT operations not only work-but scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Lead IT Operations teams responsible for infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user support. Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance across all platforms. Drive operational discipline through metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement practices. Establish and enforce IT service management (ITSM) processes for incident, change, and problem management. Infrastructure & Applications

Oversee on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure-ensuring security, scalability, and cost efficiency. Manage the lifecycle and health of enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, CRM, and collaboration platforms. Ensure robust disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities. End-User Experience

Lead the Service Desk and field support functions to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. Champion self-service, automation, and knowledge management to improve efficiency. Drive a customer-first culture within IT operations. Governance, Security & Compliance

Partner with IT Security to ensure compliance with SOX, TISAX, and other regulatory frameworks. Implement and maintain controls to support audit readiness. Embed proactive monitoring and risk management into daily operations. People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop IT managers and their teams-building a high-performance, customer-centric culture. Recruit, retain, and grow top IT talent. Foster collaboration and alignment across IT and business stakeholders. Strategic Contribution

Collaborate with the CIO and IT leadership team to shape IT strategy and roadmaps. Provide operational insights to inform major technological initiatives and investments. Identify opportunities to modernize infrastructure, streamline support, and leverage automation. What You Bring

12+ years of progressive IT operations leadership, with 5+ years in a senior management role. Proven success overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user services. Strong knowledge of ITSM practices, infrastructure technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer brands preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-you can translate tech into business impact. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Bonus Points For

ITIL certification and experience implementing ITSM frameworks. ERP and WMS platform experience in a global or multi-site environment. Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., TISAX, NIST, ISO 27001). Demonstrated success driving automation and operational efficiency.
