Lean Six Sigma and Automation Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and Automation Trainer to join our organization. This role is dedicated to designing, delivering, and coaching Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and automation training programs. The Trainer will interface directly with other Black Belts, Master Black Belts, and candidates enrolled in certification programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of trained professionals equipped to drive measurable improvement across the business. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining advanced Black Belt-level content, including modules covering complex statistical analysis. In addition, this role will own the design and delivery of a standalone Automation Certification program with progressive 100, 200, and 300-level certifications.

Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field. - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. - Certification or hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, or similar). - At least 7 years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes. - Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, including advanced statistical topics. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft's automation tools (Power Platform, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents). - Strong expertise in statistics, data analysis, and experimental design. - Skilled in facilitation, presentation, and adult learning. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to coach and mentor learners at various stages. - Clear communicator who can simplify complex statistical and automation concepts. - Passionate about teaching and empowering others. - Results-driven, focused on certifying candidates and developing enterprise improvement talent. - Collaborative team player who works closely with other Black Belts and Master Black Belts. - Adaptable to evolving training needs and committed to enhancing training content.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. - Master Black Belt certification. - Experience building tiered or progressive certification programs.
