Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
$50K-$80K (depending on experience) + commissions Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a portfolio of employee benefits accounts of all sizes. Sell major medical, ancillary lines, and disability insurance. Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with strategic partners and leverage carrier relationships to deliver tailored solutions. Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the tristate region. Attend client meetings, industry events, and internal team meetings as required. Provide consultative support to clients, including potential HR-related services. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Life and Health (L&H) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of prior benefits sales experience within a broker setting. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Trustworthy and dependable. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus. Travel : Willingness to travel within the tristate region as needed.
