Your Role:
The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a vital role in shaping and governing the enterprise architecture for our organization. You will lead a talented team of solutions architects, ensuring our IT strategy effectively aligns with business objectives while overseeing architecture implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance WWP’s enterprise architecture framework across key domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate strategic vision for IT systems to foster scalability and innovation.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with overall organizational objectives.
Lead governance practices, ensuring compliance with policies and technical standards.
Serve as an advisor to business units and stakeholders, facilitating architectural alignment and process improvements.
Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, etc.) and validate them.
Work with cross-functional teams to design integrated enterprise solutions.
Maintain technology roadmaps for modernization and integration efforts.
Oversee architectural designs to meet performance and integration requirements.
Maintain architecture documentation, supporting project traceability.
Identify technology risks and develop strategies to enhance reliability and compliance.
Lead initiatives in cloud adoption, data architecture, and application modernization.
Qualifications:
8 years of staff management experience in a technical leadership role.
7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
Experience with ERP platforms and architecture frameworks.
Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven project management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred: Master's degree in a related area and certifications in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
General office environment; temperature-controlled setting.
Up to 10% travel may be required.
