The role involves skills and experience in various interventional radiology procedures. Daily responsibilities include caring for patients undergoing pre/intra/post procedures. The technician will work within a team that includes radiologists, midlevel providers, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and technologists. The hours of operation typically range from Monday to Friday, with varying shift start and stop times. Technicians will be responsible for rotating holidays and being on call as required. Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in specific interventional procedures. The position does not require candidates to float within the facility or to affiliate hospitals. Applicants must have strong experience with PACS and biostatistical techniques specific to interventional radiology. The candidate should be prepared to adapt to the facility's scheduling as needed.
