Job Summary:
We are hiring an administrative, customer-service-oriented individual to join Client’s Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This part-time hybrid role (25–29 hours per week) supports various aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate engagement to onboarding. The Recruitment Coordinator ensures a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers while working closely with recruiters and business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the recruiting process by supporting a team of recruiters across multiple business lines. Manage scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews, including travel arrangements when necessary. Support job postings, open house events, career fairs, sourcing, and candidate engagement efforts. Assist with onboarding to ensure a positive and efficient experience for new hires. Establish foundational knowledge of Client’s staffing philosophies and recruitment processes. Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers across the organization. Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities. Required Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard Microsoft applications (especially Excel). Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Adaptability, confidentiality, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Creativity and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
