Position Summary: We are seeking a Full Time Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work independently in a fast-paced outpatient imaging setting and possess a strong understanding of ultrasound imaging and patient care protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Select ultrasound equipment based on examination requirements Explain procedures, obtain patient history, and assist with proper patient positioning Use cognitive sonographic skills to adapt procedures based on real-time imaging and findings Ensure proper maintenance of ultrasound equipment and inventory of supplies Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to clinical protocols Qualifications:
ARDMS Certification (Required) CPR Certification (Required) Minimum of 1 year of relevant ultrasound experience Familiarity with PACS and general computer systems (Preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to new technology and work independently Excellent patient service and bedside manner Why Join Radiology Associates:
