Wednesday - Saturday from 2:30pm - 12:30am ($1.50 shift differential) Shift L3:

Mid-Level Maintenance Technician , you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our automated material handling equipment, ensuring they remain highly available. Your expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance processes, along with efficient troubleshooting, will help keep everything running smoothly. In this role, you will: Perform maintenance and troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical systems of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including conveyor systems, sortation systems, robotics, or Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS). Calibrate and adjust crucial components such as scanners, cameras, motors, and sensors. Conduct thorough cleaning, lubrication, and repairs on equipment. Utilize job plans, manuals, and procedures to execute responsibilities efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of work and assist with training less experienced technicians. Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment by addressing potential hazards. Travel to nearby facilities to procure essential parts and supplies using Target-owned vehicles. Physical Requirements: Comfort with bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, both below and above waist level. Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds. Frequent walking throughout the facility and ability to stand for long periods. Capability to climb ladders and work at heights safely. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Valid driver's license is preferred. Competence in using mobile apps and PC applications. Familiarity with electrical schematics and basic electronics. Experience in Work order management. Preventive and predictive maintenance. Basic blueprint reading. Electrical and electronic principles. Industrial controls and electronics. 2+ years of direct experience in the mechanical or electrical fields is a plus, along with experience in automated conveyor systems and robotic maintenance.
