Job Summary and Qualifications As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the perioperative setting, supporting surgeons and nursing staff before, during, and after surgical procedures. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a fast-paced environment focused on clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a sterile field. Prepare the Operating Room by setting up sterilized instruments and assisting with patient positioning. Support the surgical team as needed by passing instruments, fluids, and supplies, holding retractors, and preparing equipment. Ensure accurate counting of all instruments, sponges, and tools. Assist with the transport and transfer of patients. Apply safety procedures throughout all actions. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment. Minimum of 2 years of Certified Surgical Technician experience in a hospital setting. CST certification or equivalent technical qualifications. Robotics experience is a plus.
