HVAC Apprentice - Join Our Growing Team at Legacy Heating & Cooling
Are you looking to get your foot in the door in the HVAC industry? Legacy Heating & Cooling is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Apprentices. This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for growth, and the chance to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC field. Pay Range : $18.00 - $25.00/hr, depending on experience

Position Summary : As an HVAC Apprentice, you will support our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Support lead installers in daily tasks and job site preparation.
Follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a high-quality service experience.
Qualifications :
Reliable transportation to work sites.
Previous experience in HVAC is .
HVAC trade school completion certificate is .
Construction or mechanical work experience is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
