Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and small parcel shipping. This hands-on leader drives team performance, fosters professionalism, and maintains a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with shipping systems, ERP platforms, and consistent leadership in distribution or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, kitting, light assembly, and inventory control. Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates-providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to drive results. Oversee small parcel and LTL shipments utilizing systems such as

UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager , and ERP platforms (e.g.,

AS400, Oracle, SAP ). Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time while maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor workflow and staffing to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and safety goals. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order or inventory issues quickly. Lead by example to maintain professionalism, teamwork, and accountability across the department. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse organization, efficiency, and safety. Track and report operational metrics including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum

5 years of warehouse/distribution experience , with

3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Demonstrated experience with

pick/pack/ship operations

and

small parcel shipping systems

(UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.). Hands-on experience using

handheld scanners

and ERP/WMS systems such as

AS400, Oracle, or SAP. Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team while maintaining professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Consistent employment history with demonstrated growth and commitment to prior employers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
