As a

Distribution & Logistics Supervisor

, you'll lead high-performing teams that ensure critical laboratory materials and samples are received, produced, and shipped accurately and on time.

our Logistics and Sh

ipping & Receiving

teams. In this role, you'll oversee operations that support global research and clinical trials - helping us make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop teams

of 10-20 employees across warehouse and shipping & receiving operations.

Oversee

daily warehouse and logistics activities

, including receiving, inventory control, labeling, kitting, and outbound shipments.

Ensure

timely and accurate processing

of materials and supplies in compliance with SOPs and client protocols.

Drive

efficiency, quality, and safety

throughout all operations.

Train and mentor team members

, supporting career growth and cross-functional development.

Plan and manage schedules

, shift coverage, and resource allocation to meet production goals.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain operational excellence.

Perform

quality checks and documentation reviews

to ensure process accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Identify and implement

process improvements

that streamline workflow and enhance performance.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Experience

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years).

1+ year of leadership responsibility

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Time management skills

Ability to maintain detailed tracking and documentation clearly and accurately according to SOP

Written and oral communication skills

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
