As part of Siemens Energy's GS PRM Development & Engineering Excellence (DEE) team, you play a key role in improving product and process quality across PLM workflows. Your day involves coordinating process reviews and quality gates, driving corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. You support global teams by delivering training, facilitating change, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in quality and risk management helps prevent future issues and strengthens operational excellence.
How You'll Make an Impact
Implement process quality measures and monitor benchmarks
Lead internal audits and support external audit readiness
Moderate PDP reviews and quality gates for key R&D projects
Maintain and improve the PLM process landscape globally
Facilitate CAPAs and RCAs for major technical and validation issues
What You Bring
Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field, plus relevant certifications
5 + years of Strong expertise in Quality Management (CAPA, RCA, audits)
Deep understanding of PLM, product development, and engineering
Experience in risk management and leading teams
Fluent English and excellent communication and collaboration skills
10% Travel both domestic and international
