Title: Supply Clerk

Shift: M to F 8 am to 5 pm
Duration: 4 Months
Job Summary:
Responsible for the
receipt, inspection, storage, and routing of materials
within the Business Unit (BU). Ensures accuracy in product verification, inventory rotation, and timely distribution of materials to laboratory departments while maintaining compliance with
OSHA, CLIA, and hospital policies .
Key Responsibilities: Receive and Inspect Materials:
Verify incoming products against vendor documentation; inspect, date-stamp, and prepare for putaway. Discrepancy Reporting:
Notify the receiving team of any variances between shipment contents and accompanying paperwork. Shelf-Life Management:
Identify short-dated materials (less than 30 days shelf life) and report to the Lean Supply Supervisor for action. Stock Organization:
Place items in designated warehouse storage areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and usage prior to expiration. Inventory Distribution:
Stage and deliver materials to appropriate laboratory and department stocking locations. Cycle Counting:
Assist with periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Outbound Shipments:
Prepare materials for outbound delivery in accordance with shipping and safety guidelines. Compliance:
Adhere to all
Materials and Services Management ,

Employee Health and Safety ,
Compliance ,
OSHA , and
CLIA
standards. General Duties:
Perform additional warehouse or supply-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum
1 year of materials management, warehouse, or inventory control experience. Ability to
lift up to 70 pounds . Basic math and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to operate
material handling equipment
(e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Forklift certification
preferred.
