DCI Donor Services Sierra Donor Services (SDS) is looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our mission of saving lives through organ donation! We are seeking an Organ Recovery Clinical Manager to take a leadership role in managing organ recovery activities and guiding our clinical recovery teams. COMPANY OVERVIEW AND MISSION For over forty years, DCI Donor Services has been at the forefront of efforts to eliminate the transplant waiting list. Our comprehensive services facilitate nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues, while maintaining strong connections to local communities. DCI Donor Services oversees three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations as well as a tissue bank and an eye bank that work together to maximize the potential of organ donation. We measure our success by the level of care we provide to donor families and recipients, which is our ultimate goal. Key Responsibilities: Act as the Administrator On Call to assist staff with organ donation protocols. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Manage the call schedule to maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times. Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Advisory Committees to enforce policy and practice changes. Lead recruitment and employment initiatives including mentoring, coaching, and training of staff. Provide onsite hospital support as needed, including assisting with case activities as the First Assist. The ideal candidate will possess: Registered Nurse Credential. 5+ years of clinical experience in OPO. 2+ years in a leadership role. Valid Driver’s License with capability to meet MVR underwriting standards. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: Up to 184 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year.
