About the Role: Advance Your Career In this role, you will be key to providing an outstanding customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying our customer service philosophy, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards while having the capability to be trained in multiple store areas to meet business needs. Model exceptional customer service practices to enhance the shopping experience for all customers. Uphold a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer purchases and returns while providing clear change following company procedures. Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs. Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow the established standards for merchandise organization. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company guidelines. Engage in continuous store recovery throughout the day. Ensure organizational cleanliness and participate in maintaining overall store hygiene. Receive and provide recognition and constructive feedback. Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support strategies for shrink reduction within the store. Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a secure work environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Who We Seek: Excellent customer service abilities.
