As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all our machinery and equipment operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair lift trucks, pallet jacks, and cat fork trucks, including hydraulics, motors, drive units, and tires. Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, including electrical and mechanical elements, and fabricate parts when necessary. Conduct preventative maintenance to keep all equipment functioning at peak performance. Perform routine building maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Operate battery change equipment and scrubber/sweeper machines as needed. Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards in all tasks. Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge:
Proficient in using band saws, drill presses, hand tools, and other maintenance equipment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics and understanding of basic computer systems related to maintenance operations. Experience and Education:
Knowledge of basic electricity and motor controls, along with experience in AC/DC electrical systems, is preferred. Work Environment
This position requires conducting repairs in various positions and confined spaces. You will work in diverse climate conditions and may experience extreme heat or cold.
