FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a
Forklift Operator
for a company based in Vance, AL.
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role is essential to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring the timely handling of goods
Pay Rate Based on experience
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6 00 pm to 4 00 am.
Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and containers. • Move, stack, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on forklifts. • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations. Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and record-keeping. • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure workflow efficiency. • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (hot, cold, noisy). • Requires standing, lifting, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods. • May involve working indoors and outdoors, depending on operational needs.
