What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and support a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians Manage daily service operations to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Maintain CSI standards and ensure timely, quality repairs Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Warranty departments to maximize internal efficiency Forecast staffing needs and service volume to support store growth Champion a winning service culture focused on excellence, speed, and transparency Requirements What You’ll Need:
♂️3+ years experience in fixed ops or service management (automotive preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
Working knowledge of RO metrics, profitability, and technician productivity
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Ability to manage workflow, customer concerns, and vendor relationships A results-driven mindset with a passion for people and process improvement Benefits What We Offer
