LHH is supporting a company in Romeoville with a search for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will support the company with general accounting responsibilities focused around month end close and reporting . This role is temporary to hire and onsite in the office.
Responsibilities:
Review accounts payable and accounts receivable
Coordinate month end close
Prepare journal entries
General ledger analysis
Discrepancy resolution
Tracking all financial transactions
Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
Support audits
Prepare financial reports
Qualifications:
3 or more years as an accountant or bookkeeper
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a multitude of tasks while meeting deadlines
Accounting systems experience
Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting
Pay: $28-$32/hour
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $32.00 per hour
