Our client in Dallas, Texas is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position.

Industry: Environmental Services Established for over 20 years Work Setting: Fully In-Office Customer Service Representative Role:
Manage customer inquiries, find proactive solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Identify customer concerns, evaluate their needs, and provide suitable resolutions Resolve issues promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the process Record interactions and solutions in the CRM system for accurate tracking Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth service delivery and problem resolution Utilize strong problem-solving skills, address challenges independently, escalate when necessary Generate reports, monitor cases for timely follow-ups, and ensure complete customer satisfaction Assist field employees as needed, managing logistics and shipping materials and supplies Customer Service Representative Profile:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 2-3 years in customer support Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, effective communication, CRM familiarity Ability to adapt to diverse customer communication styles and de-escalate tense situations Excellent multitasking, prioritization, time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, quick learner of new software Bilingual proficiency is a plus Features and Benefits while On Contract:
