About The Position Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Duration: Permanent Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good standing Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: State licensure reimbursement after 90 days of employment Description: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Bonus to be paid out quarterly in the first year of employment, with the first quarter being paid out on the first paycheck. Serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide. Great company to work for. Role: Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes and healthcare facilities. Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. Transmit X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation. Transport and unload portable X-Ray equipment to facilities for exams as ordered by a physician. Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images. Perform EKGs as necessary and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. Scan exam-related paperwork per protocol on a daily basis. Communicate regularly and professionally with peers, management, dispatch, and clients. Physical Demands: The Radiologic Technologist may push or pull weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs. With the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys, this weight can decrease. Push/pulling equipment in a facility or home may increase weight demands. 50 lbs. of force or more can occur repeatedly throughout the day. Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all individuals, with exemption documentation required if applicable. All Radiologic Technologists shall maintain required state licenses and/or certifications, health requirements, and operational requirements.
