Industry Information Technology and Services Company Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a Lead Product Strategist to drive the development of our sophisticated cross-chain wallet and DeFi ecosystem. In this crucial role, you'll define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform enabling direct peer-to-peer trading across various blockchains. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market, user, and competitor research to uncover significant feature opportunities and user challenges. You will translate the product vision into actionable specifications, user stories, and success metrics while collaborating closely with a remote engineering team to ensure outstanding user experiences. Additionally, you'll be tasked with balancing the principles of decentralization with regulatory requirements and keeping up with competitive trends and emerging technologies in the DeFi sector. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the crypto or blockchain industry. A proven history of building and scaling consumer-facing crypto applications, particularly wallets, DEXs, and DeFi applications. Deep understanding of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, non-custodial systems, and DeFi mechanics. Strong knowledge of atomic swaps, HTLCs, and decentralized architectures. Experience in remote working environments and effective stakeholder management. An analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset. A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is essential. Preference for candidates with experience in DEXs, multi-coin wallets, cross-chain protocols, or atomic swap technology, as well as familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the cryptocurrency space.
