Leidos has an exciting opening for a Junior Logistics Liaison Officer to support the Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence. This dynamic position involves managing life cycle services for our extensive portfolio of AISR sensors, including electro-optical/infrared, signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, and measurement and signature intelligence. Why You'll Love This Opportunity As a Logistics Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and supply flow for our programs. This includes overseeing the supply chain from procurement to distribution while efficiently resolving any supply shortages or logistical issues that arise. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Government logistics leads and technical staff, to ensure seamless operations. Your Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with technical teams to define the Bill of Material for projects, researching costs and lead times, and ensuring timely orders to meet project requirements.

Maintaining supply levels for equipment and spares across operational sites, actively monitoring their status.

Liaising with CONUS/OCONUS logisticians to verify and validate purchase requests, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and delivery timelines are met.

Coordinating the flow of equipment, materials, and consumables to support system health at operational sites, including transportation logistics and compliance for hazardous materials.

Managing disposition efforts, documenting items for disposal, and working with the client for approvals.

Tracking customer-directed tasks and action items to ensure timely responses.

Preparing presentations and coordinating logistics meetings with key staff.

Executing other logistics duties as required to fulfill contractual obligations and meet mission needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience combined with less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent mission logistics.

Familiarity with Army transportation regulations and documentation.

A proven ability to oversee supply management across multiple locations and mission systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree coupled with 1-2 years of Logistics Management experience.

Impressive presentation skills for program management and integrated product team meetings.

Experience in professional writing.
