MRI Technologist
1st or 2nd shift available. Full benefits offered. Less than 1 hour from Cincinnati, OH Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI exams in a timely manner Maintain understanding of MRI safety protocols Interact positively with diverse patient populations Work as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team Available for on-call and holiday coverage Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Graduate from ARRT or ARMRIT accredited MRI educational program One year of MRI experience preferred Current ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, or obtain within 24 months of hire Current BLS certification Proficient in MRI scanner operation and adjusting imaging parameters Knowledge of MRI safety and research workflow Strong patient positioning and safety skills Emergency response capabilities Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Time management abilities Empathy and patient care skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Essential Functions:
Perform MRI examinations Ensure patient safety and comfort Administer contrast media Maintain MRI equipment and safety standards Collaborate with the healthcare team Document and manage patient information Research implantable devices for MRI compatibility Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards Assist with workflow and operational efficiency Preferred Qualifications:
