Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting surgical teams by preparing and organizing the operating room for procedures Upholding sterile fields while adhering to stringent infection control standards Handing instruments and supplies to the surgical team with precision and care Handling surgical equipment with proficiency before, during, and after surgical procedures Monitoring and ensuring the availability of surgical supplies for seamless operations Collaborating effectively with nurses, anesthesia professionals, and surgical staff for optimal patient care Maintaining accurate surgical counts and comprehensive documentation Education Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program A high school diploma or its equivalent is required Certifications Required:
Active
CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
credential is required BLS certification (or ability to secure within 90 days of hire) Essential Skills and Attributes:
