Tradesmen International
is immediately hiring experienced
Facility Mainteancne Technicians
for projects located in and around
Schnecksville, PA . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of
up to $30/hour
based on experience and skill level. If you are a Facility Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!
Job Scope:
Inspect and maintain machinery, equipment, buildings, and HVAC systems
Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing
Make minor repairs to locks, faucets, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures
Conduct basic carpentry (e.g., repair bulletin boards, paint, install shelves)
Assist electricians and carpenters with maintenance tasks
Maintain campus grounds: mow lawns, trim bushes, replace exterior light bulbs
Troubleshoot issues reported by faculty and staff
Conduct basic plumbing: repair/install faucets, drinking fountains, and fixtures
Perform routine maintenance like filter changes and minor troubleshooting
Help maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment used in daily operations
Support seasonal landscaping and general upkeep efforts
Requirements:
Prior maintenance experience in a commercial, institutional, or educational setting
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
Ability to safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
