We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the dealership's success by overseeing all financial activities related to vehicle sales, financing, and aftermarket products. Your ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with industry regulations will be crucial to excelling in this role.
Finance Manager Responsibilities Manage the finance and insurance department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Oversee the completion of all financial and legal paperwork related to vehicle sales and financing. Guide customers through the financing process, providing transparent and accurate information on loan options, lease agreements, and aftermarket products. Evaluate credit applications and work with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms for customers. Maximize profitability for the dealership by offering aftermarket products and extended warranties. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of automotive financing trends, regulations, and industry practices. Collaborate with sales staff to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless sales process. Train and mentor finance team members, fostering their growth and development within the dealership. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to finance and insurance practices. Implement strategies to increase finance department performance and profitability. Finance Manager Qualifications
Previous experience in procuring automotive loans. Strong knowledge of finance and leasing products, processes, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
