Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet sales forecast, inventory targets, and production capacity across all organizations (MT, LUX).
Set guidelines for safety stock and monitor overall inventory levels at both MPS and MRP levels for organization.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of inbound items and stock out risks.
Lead Manufacturing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and participate in execution of initiatives.
Compile month-end reports: End of life, future inventory estimates, excess inventory, company service levels.
Attend necessary cross functional meetings to ensure Bill of Materials, scrap, service levels, and production plans are aligned with company goals.
Monitor and assist managing inventory levels across multiple facilities
Make recommendations to product rationalization and capacity utilization
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, and/or scheduling in a manufacturing environment; prior Oracle ERP experience a plus Good proficiency in Microsoft Office for communication, planning, and task management. Excellent excel/data analysis skills, strong ERP troubleshooting skills CPIM or CSCP certification through APICS preferred Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred skills:
Self-motivated and collaborative team player. Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capability. Capacity planning, line support, inventory optimization, process development, prioritization, continuous ERP improvement, efficiency initiatives, and partnership with operations and sales to meet customer and revenue targets.
