What You'll Do
Performs necessary maintenance tasks including repair or replacement of damaged parts, adjustments and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs when needed
Use SAP maintenance module in the execution of duties, utilize computers to acquire information, documentation, account for time and corrective actions
Fabricates parts by using machine shop instruments and equipment
Conserves maintenance resources by efficiently using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
Exercise judgment to determine appropriate course of action and prepare business recommendations
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
What You'll Need Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role required
Experience with Allen Bradley, ABB, AC/DC motor and/or other PLC troubleshooting
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and business leadership
Able to perform maintenance/repair at heights or adverse conditions safely including adhering to and following LOTO procedures
Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather
Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completions, and flexibility to meet business needs
Your Education High School Diploma or GED required
