Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead all live production operations, including breeder farms, hatcheries, grow-out farms, and feed manufacturing. Partner with growers and service teams to ensure flock health, performance, and welfare standards. Oversee production metrics such as feed conversion, weight, yield, and livability. Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on flock data analysis. Ensure strict compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, and food safety protocols. Manage live supply planning to meet plant and sales demand. Develop and mentor live operations leaders and field teams. Manage operating budgets and cost controls across live operations. Qualifications - Needed

Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 6-10 years of leadership experience in live poultry production (breeder, hatchery, grow-out). Strong technical understanding of flock health, nutrition, and biosecurity management. Proven track record of success managing field operations and working with contract growers. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
