On-Call Requirement:
7-12 days of call in a 6-week period; must reside within 30 minutes of hospital while on call
Weekend Coverage:
Rotational call coverage required
Guaranteed Hours:
40 per week
Estimated Weekly Salary:
$2,380 - $2,550
Qualifications for CT / Rad Tech Jobs
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Interventional Radiology Technologist
Prior travel healthcare experience required
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
RCIS certification with Interventional Radiology Tech experience
ARRT (R) credential and Maryland State Radiology License
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (no exemptions)
Proficiency with electronic charting systems
Preferred: Experience in community hospitals, pacemaker procedures, and rhythm interpretation
Key Responsibilities
Perform Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures: cardiac catheterizations, vascular interventions, device implantations, and pain management
Monitor patients and record baseline measurements accurately
Assist with angioplasty, cardiac ablation, stent placement, and electrophysiology studies
Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and EKG lead placement
Support STEMI cases as part of a 4-person STEMI call team
Operate advanced imaging equipment: Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy suites, PACS, Maquet IABP
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (Physical Therapy, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Social Services)
Maintain high standards of patient safety and care for adult and geriatric populations
