Focus:

These roles will serve as the HR Business Partners for the (1) Corporate Development and Business Services organization and (1) the Manufacturing and EHS Center of Excellence (COE).

HR Manager Essential Job Functions: Active member of the business/function leadership team to plan and implement strategies and programs to meet human resource requirements, collaborating with senior leadership to support short and long-term business objectives. Assists in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR management activities which support the organization's culture. Oversees retention and development of talent within the business/function, including succession planning. Explores and recommends opportunities to engage and support the development of employees through recognition, involvement, and challenging assignments. Partners with managers to establish talent development plans for employees, with a focus on high potential employees. Administers employee relations programs, providing solutions for employee issues and steering a positive work environment. This includes coaching managers on performance management and employee development. Utilize HR metrics to assess organizational health and inform decision-making, including but not limited to analyzing turnover, employee satisfaction, and total rewards trends. Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change. HR Manager Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree* in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Management, Organizational Development or related discipline Minimum of 5 years related HR Generalist experience; industrial and manufacturing environments preferred; process or chemical plant environments preferred Ability to offer subject matter expertise on HR compliance/employment law knowledge, succession planning, employee retention, organizational capability, leadership development, performance management, team building and employee relations Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to deliver business outcomes The ability to relocate to other locations in the US is preferred Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

*Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university.
