HVAC Diagnostic Technician
to provide expert service, maintenance, and repair solutions to our valued customers in the Puget Sound region.

Pay Range:
$30.00 to $45.00 an hour + spiffs/incentives, based on experience and credentials
Office Location:
Puyallup, WA
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance to improve system efficiency and longevity.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options to customers.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions.
Stay up to date with industry advancements and participate in training opportunities.
Qualifications:
2+ years of HVAC service experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
EPA certification and additional industry certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must possess basic hand tools.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
