Job Description Job Title: CT TechnologistJob Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT)Job Duration: Full-TimeShift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMGuaranteed Hours: [Information not provided]Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Imaging/CT/X-Ray experience requiredLicense: NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation TherapyCertifications: - ARRT Certification (CT)(R) - BLS CertificationMust-Have: - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Proficiency with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, Siemens, OEC C-arm preferred- IV Skills requiredJob Description:- Perform all diagnostic procedures adeptly under the guidance of the CT clinical supervisor.- Maintain a high level of knowledge across pertinent and academic areas to ensure consistent, high-quality exams.- Work effectively with patients, physicians, and interdepartmental personnel to maintain cooperative relationships.- Recognize the priority of patient care and demonstrate commitment to quality as a technologist.- Trained to perform necessary procedures for patients in all age groups, including newborn to geriatric.- Wear personal scrubs in any color as per the dress code.- Utilize HMS Medhost as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.- Operate a Siemens Somatom 40 slice CT scanner and Carestream X-ray equipment.- Ensure adherence to NH MIRT licensing guidelines.Note: The weekend and on-call descriptions are to be determined. A Bachelor's degree and travel experience are preferred attributes for candidates.
