Associate Director, Marketing Analytics
that will lead performance measurement and insights across digital marketing channels, connecting data to strategic business decisions.
This
Associate Director, Marketing Analytics
will guide analytics strategy, oversee forecasting and experimentation frameworks, and partner cross-functionally with media, data science, and engineering teams to advance the firm's analytics capabilities.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on, strategic thinker who can transform complex data into clear insights, build scalable measurement frameworks, and drive the adoption of AI-powered analytics.
Associate Director, Marketing Analytics Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
Translate strategic marketing questions into clear, actionable analyses with measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain channel performance dashboards (e.g., ROAS, CAC/LTV cohorts, creative and audience insights).
Deliver ongoing performance readouts for digital channels including search, social, programmatic, retail media, and CTV. Forecasting & Modeling
Build short-term forecasts using regression or time-series techniques; define assumptions and communicate scenarios.
Partner with Data Science on advanced modeling (MMM, attribution, or predictive models).
Explain forecast variances, identifying drivers, risks, and growth opportunities. Testing & Experimentation
Design, execute, and analyze geo-based and incrementality tests.
Establish testing best practices, power/MDE thresholds, and reporting frameworks.
Integrate causal analysis into ongoing performance reporting to inform optimization strategies. Data & Visualization
Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data models, taxonomies, and source integrations.
Build or oversee dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot.
Ensure data consistency, usability, and visualization quality across reports. Client Enablement & Leadership
Serve as the analytics lead in client conversations, presenting insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Develop playbooks, templates, and frameworks to enable faster, data-informed decision making.
Contribute to team development by mentoring analysts and supporting skill-building initiatives. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation in analytics through AI/LLM applications, automation, and new measurement methodologies.
Pilot and scale new tools and approaches, documenting best practices for broader adoption. Associate Director, Marketing Analytics Qualifications
Required
4-6 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics within a performance media environment (agency or in-house).
Strong forecasting and modeling experience using regression or time-series methods.
Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or R equivalents).
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and measurement frameworks.
Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot.
Knowledge of experiment design (geo testing, incrementality, power/MDE).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Curiosity and passion for testing, learning, and applying innovative analytical methods.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 base. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered, along with a generous PTO policy.
